SYMPTOMS
You log on to a Citrix session from a Microsoft Windows XP-based computer. After many hours of use, the Citrix session may suddenly become very slow. For example, you may experience one or more of the following symptoms:
- It may take one minute or more to switch between open programs.
- User-prompted screen changes may take many minutes to display.
For example, if you click a menu, it may take many minutes before the menu opens.
- When you type text in a program, it may take many minutes before the text appears on your screen. For example, if you type text in Notepad, you may type a paragraph of text before the text appears on your screen. The page may appear blank, and then all the text will suddenly appear.
