Embedded Visual C++ stops responding and you receive the "Server Busy" error message (839926)

SYMPTOMS

When you start to debug an application by using Microsoft Embedded Visual C++ , you receive the following error message: Server BusyAdditionally, Embedded Visual C++ does not permit any user interaction and does not start to debug the application.

Prerequisites

This fix is supported only when all previously issued fixes for this product have also been installed.

Restart requirement

After you install this hotfix, you must perform a clean build of the whole platform. To clean the platform, click Clean on the Build menu. To build the platform, click Build Platform on the Build menu.
