There is a separate version of the PSCOMPlus Tool for each version of Microsoft Project Server. Use the Project Server 2003 PSCOMPlus tool to specify the user accounts that Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Analysis Services and Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services require.

There is a separate version of the Microsoft Project PSCOMPlus tool for each version of Microsoft Project Server. Use the Microsoft Project 2002: PSCOMPlus tool to specify the user accounts that Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Analysis Services (OLAP), SharePoint Team Services Administration, and SharePoint Team Services Database Access require.

The Microsoft Project 2002: PSCOMPlus tool is available only on the installation CD. After you install the Microsoft Project 2002: PSCOMPlus tool, you can find the tool in the following Microsoft Project Server installation folder:

WinHTTP Proxy Configuration utility- Microsoft Project Server 2002 and Project Server 2003

The WinHTTP Proxy Configuration utility is included on the installation CD.

You must have Proxycfg to configure proxy settings for Project Server 2003 deployments and for Microsoft Project Server 2002 deployments. You can find the Proxycfg in the installation cab file Prjsvr1.cab. You can find Prjsvr1.cab in the Prjsvr folder. The file name in the cab file is Proxycfg.exe.
