Calls to the Interchange.Submit method and to the Interchange.SubmitSync method from a custom preprocessor are not supported in BizTalk Server 2000 and BizTalk Server 2002 (839431)

INTRODUCTION

Microsoft BizTalk Server 2000 and 2002 do not support the Interchange.Submit method or the Interchange.SubmitSync method if you make the calls to these methods from a BizTalk Server custom preprocessor.
