The Microsoft Exchange Server 5.5 message transfer agent (MTA) may quit unexpectedly, and you may see a call stack that is similar to the following:

CAUSE

This problem may occur if a message is addressed to an X400 address that contains many long embedded MSXCX500 domain-defined attribute (DDA) values.
