You receive an "A required file dhcpcsvc.dll was not found" error message when you start Combat Flight Simulator 3 (836184)

SYMPTOMSWhen you try to start Microsoft Combat Flight Simulator 3 on
a Microsoft Windows 98-based computer, you may receive any one of the following
error messages: A required .dll file icmp.dll was not
found. A required .dll file dhcpcsvc.dll was not
found. A required .dll file ipcfgdll.dll was not
found. CAUSEThis behavior may occur if one of the following conditions
is true:
- You do not have any networking software
installed.
- You have networking software installed but some of the
installation files are missing, are damaged, or are corrupted.
RESOLUTION To resolve this behavior, follow these steps to install
Dial-Up Networking:
- Click Start, point to
Settings, and then click Control Panel.
- Double-click Add/Remove
Programs.
- On the Windows Setup tab, click
Communications, and then click
Details.
- Click to select the Dial-Up Networking
check box.
Note If the Dial-Up Networking check box is already
selected, click to clear the check box, finish all the steps in this procedure,
and then repeat the procedure. By doing this, you reinstall Dial-Up Networking
and restore the missing files. - Click OK, and then click
OK to close Add/Remove Programs.
- Restart your computer.
