SYMPTOMSWhen you use a Workflow sales process rule in Microsoft Business Solutions CRM 1.2, where the last stage in the process is "Change the State to Won," the Actual Close Date field is not populated.RESOLUTIONMicrosoft CRM has a fix for this problem that is part of a cumulative update.
