A section that is placed in a header, footer, text box, or diagram may cause problems in an Office Solution Accelerator for Proposals document (833686)

SYMPTOMS

When you have text in an assigned section of a Microsoft Office Solution Accelerator for Proposals document that is contained in a header, footer, text box, or diagram, you may experience one or more of the following symptoms:

• The section name may appear multiple times in the section list of the Document Actions task pane.
  
  Note If you toggle the Show box in the Sections area of the Document Actions task pane, the section list is updated and the section name will appear only one time.
• When you choose the section name in the Sections list box of the Document Actions task pane, the section that is contained in the active layer is selected.
  
  For example, if you have a BusinessOpportunity section in both the header and the body of your document, and the body is active, when you select BusinessOpportunity in the Sections list, only the BusinessOpportunity section in the body of the document is selected.
• When you try to edit your Office Solution Accelerator for Proposals document in Microsoft Office Word 2003, you receive the following message and the document does not open:The XML file filename cannot be opened because there are problems with the contents.
• When you edit your Office Solution Accelerator for Proposals document in Word 2003, Word may stop responding (hang) when the insertion point is in a section that is contained in a diagram and you click Save and Notify on the Document Actions task pane.
