Multimedia features do not work as expected in Money Deluxe (832779)

SYMPTOMS

When you start Microsoft Money 2003 Deluxe or Microsoft Money 2004 Deluxe, you may experience the following symptoms:
  • Sounds do not play as expected
  • Instructional videos do not play as expected

CAUSE

This issue may occur if you downloaded and installed the Microsoft Money Trial version, and then upgraded to the retail version of Microsoft Money Deluxe.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, download and install the appropriate audio and multimedia files. To do this, visit the following Microsoft Web site:
