Microsoft Business Solutions CRM Mail Merge for quotes displays the incorrect product ID when there are multiple products (831206)

SYMPTOMS

When you print a quote from the Microsoft CRM Sales for Outlook Client (Outlook client) while you use the Quote.dot template to perform a mail merge operation, you may receive a product list that displays incorrect product IDs. If multiple products are listed, the ID for the first product will be displayed correctly. However, this same product ID is repeated for each additional product in the list.

RESOLUTION
