When you create a view in Microsoft Business Solutions CRM version 1.0, the edit filter criteria condition does not hold its value after you save and close the Edit Filter Criteria form (831182)

The information in this article applies to:

  • Microsoft Business Solutions CRM 1.0

SYMPTOMS

When you create a view in System Customization in Microsoft® Business Solutions CRM version 1.0, you can define filter criteria for the new view. The default value for the Edit Filter Condition value is "Contains". After you specify a value other than "Contains" and then click OK to close the form, the edit criteria condition value is not retained. The default value "Contains" is displayed when you open the form again.

The actual view in Microsoft CRM will function correctly and filter the appropriate data in the application. It is in System Customization that the value is not displayed correctly.
