Time Settings Adjust to Standard Time Too Early When Your Computer Is Set to the Bucharest Time Zone (830891)


The information in this article applies to:

SYMPTOMS

When Microsoft Windows 2000 is set to the Bucharest time zone, it adjusts its time settings as if Daylight Savings Time ends on the last Sunday of September at 01:00:00 (1:00 A.M.). The correct day is the last Sunday of October.
