Issues that are fixed in the hotfix package

The following issues are fixed in this hotfix package, but they were not previously documented in a Microsoft Knowledge Base article:
  • When you are logged on to a Microsoft Windows Terminal Server Client computer without administrator rights, the Hangul Hanja conversion will not work in the Korean Input Method Editor (IME).
  • When you are logged on to a Windows Terminal Server Client computer without administrator rights and you try to start the Chinese Traditional IME, the Chinese Pan IME, or the Chinese Simplified IME, the IME does not start.
