RESOLUTION
A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that the following describes. Apply the hotfix only to systems that are experiencing this problem.

Note In special cases, charges that are ordinarily incurred for support calls may be canceled if a Microsoft Support Professional determines that a specific update will resolve your problem. File information
The English version of this hotfix has the file attributes that are listed in the following table. The dates and times for these files are listed in coordinated universal time (UTC). When you view the file information, it is converted to local time. To find the difference between UTC and local time, use the
Time Zone tab in the
Date and Time tool in
Control Panel.

Installation information
Install this hotfix on every Microsoft CRM server. You do not need to restart the computer after installing the hotfix.
This hotfix cannot be uninstalled.
After this hotfix is installed, you need to perform the following detailed procedures:
- Republish customizations
- Reset Internet Information Services (IIS)
- Go online with each Microsoft CRM Sales for Outlook (the Outlook client) computer
Republish customizations
- Log on to the Microsoft CRM Server computer as a user with administrative privileges.
- On the Start menu, point to Programs, point to Microsoft CRM, and then click Deployment Manager.
- If necessary, expand Deployment Manager in the console tree.
- Right-click Deployment Manager, select All Tasks, and then click Publish Customization.
- Click Select All, and then click Next.
- Click Add, select your Microsoft CRM server, click Add, and then click Finish.
- When publishing is complete, click OK.
Reset IIS
- On the Start menu, click Run, type cmd, and then click OK.
- At the command prompt, type IISRESET, and press Enter.
- Close the command prompt window.
Go online with each Outlook client computer
- Open the Outlook client computer.
- Go online.
