SYMPTOMSWhen you restart your Microsoft Windows NT Server 4.0 computer, you
may receive an error message that is similar to the following error message: Stop 0x0000001e (0xc0000005, 0xa002d928, 0x00000000, 0x00000004)
KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED win32k.sys CAUSEThis issue may occur if you remove PC Anywhere by Symantec Corporation and you do not restart your computer before you install a newer version of PC Anywhere. This issue occurs because the Awgina.dll file is missing from your server.RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, copy the Msgina.dll file to the Awgina.dll file. To do so, follow these steps: - Install a parallel version of Windows NT on your server.

- Use the parallel installation of Windows NT 4.0 to start your server.
- At a command prompt, type each of the following commands, and press ENTER after each command:
- cd C:\Winnt\System32
Where Winnt is the location of the broken Windows NT installation. - copy msgina.dll awgina.dll
- If you receive the prompt, Overwrite awgina.dll? (Yes/No/All), type Yes, and then press ENTER.
- Restart your computer.
