SUMMARY

Currently, Microsoft Office OneNote 2003 does not support Pocket PC or any other handheld devices.

However, Microsoft Office OneNote 2003 SP1 does provide a one-way synchronization from the Pocket PC to OneNote 2003.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, obtain Microsoft Office OneNote 2003 Service Pack 1.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
