To set up the Microsoft Business Solutions CRM Sales for Outlook add-In to see the Microsoft CRM buttons, follow these steps:
  1. In Microsoft Outlook, click Tools, click Options, click the Other tab, click the Advanced Options button, and then click the Com Add Ins button.
  2. Click Microsoft CRM Outlook Add In, click Remove, and then click OK until you exit the Outlook menu. When you do so, you remove all CRM buttons or shortcuts from the Outlook interface.
  3. Close Outlook, and then restart it.
  4. To add the Microsoft CRM Outlook Add In, in Outlook, click Tools, click Options, click the Other tab, click the Advanced Options button, and then click the COM Add Ins button.
  5. Click Add, locate the C:\Program Files\Microsoft CRM\Client\Bin\Crmaddin.dll folder, and then click OK until you are back to Outlook.
  6. Exit all programs, and then re-start the computer.
