SYMPTOMS

You cannot add or play Custom Soundtracks in a Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2003 slide show.

CAUSE

This behavior occurs because the PowerPoint Custom Soundtrack Add-in for Microsoft PowerPoint 97 for Windows, and the Microsoft PowerPoint 2000 updated Custom Soundtrack Add-in, are no longer supported. There is no replacement feature.

STATUS

This behavior is by design.
