Meeting Minder Feature Is Not Available in PowerPoint 2003 (827465)

SYMPTOMS

When you try to activate the Meeting Minder feature in Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2003 as you have in previous versions of PowerPoint, the command is no longer available on the shortcut menu during a presentation.

CAUSE

The Meeting Minder feature with the Action Items tab is present in several previous versions of PowerPoint and is no longer available in PowerPoint 2003.

WORKAROUND

You can edit meeting notes and action items outside PowerPoint. If you are using a Meetings Workspace (from Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services) for the meeting where the presentation is being viewed, you can use the Meeting Workspace to record meeting notes and action items.
