You cannot use the hyperlinks in Internet Explorer on a Web page that was created from a drawing in Visio 2003 (827287)

SYMPTOMSWhen you save a drawing as a Web page, any hyperlinks to
other pages in the drawing do not appear to work when the Web page is opened in
Microsoft Internet Explorer.CAUSEThis problem occurs because you are using Microsoft Internet
Explorer 5.0.WORKAROUNDTo work around this problem, upgrade your browser to a later
version of Internet Explorer. The following file is available for

Microsoft scanned this file for viruses. Microsoft used the most
current virus-detection software that was available on the date that the file
was posted. The file is stored on security-enhanced servers that help to
prevent any unauthorized changes to the file.
