This Support WebCast session will discuss using Windows Remote Assistance. It will review how to use and configure Remote Assistance, and why you would want to use it. The session will also talk about security and provide some troubleshooting tips.

This is a Level 200 session that will be presented by Jennie Dawkins. Jennie Dawkins joined Microsoft in March 1999. She has been working as a Support Professional since then. Jennie currently works for Product Support Services supporting Windows 2000 and Windows Server 2003 Directory Services.
