SYMPTOMS

In Microsoft Internet Explorer, the language setting for Venezuela may be listed as Español (Republica Bolivariana [es-ve]) instead of as Español (Venezuela [es-ve]).

CAUSE

This problem may occur if you try to change the Language setting in the Internet Options dialog box in Internet Explorer on a Spanish-version Microsoft Windows XP-based computer.

RESOLUTION
