E-mail message ToolTip does not appear correctly in Outlook 2003 (824103)

SYMPTOMS

When you move your mouse pointer over an e-mail message in Outlook 2003, the ToolTip for the message may not always appear as expected. For example, when you move your mouse pointer over the date and time that the message was received, the ToolTip for the message may not appear. You may also see an obscured fragment of the ToolTip.

CAUSE

This problem may occur with Outlook 2003 on a comptuer running Microsoft Windows XP with no service packs.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, install the latest Windows XP service pack.
