This Support WebCast session will discuss how to install and troubleshoot Microsoft SQL Server 2000 service pack setups for a stand-alone server. This session will help you understand the setup process, and will review setup files for successful and unsuccessful service pack installations. It will also talk about the most common causes of SQL Server 2000 service pack setup failures and how to resolve them, including a section about troubleshooting MDAC installations.

This is a Level 200 session that will be presented by Erika Christensen. Erika Christensen is a SQL Server Support Professional and has been with Microsoft for two and one-half years.
