"Internal Error 2349" error message when you try to reinstall FrontPage 2000 (823721)

SYMPTOMS

When you try to reinstall Microsoft FrontPage 2000, you receive the following error message:
Internal Error 2349

CAUSE

This problem occurs if you have Symantec Corporation's Norton AntiVirus software installed on your computer.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, turn off Norton AntiVirus, and then restart the FrontPage 2000 installation. After FrontPage 2000 is installed, you can turn Norton AntiVirus back on.
