FP2002: Prompted to Log On to Web Site When You Edit Web Pages (822843)

SYMPTOMSWhen you open and edit a Web page from a FrontPage Server Extensions enabled Web site, you may be prompted for your credentials to log on to another Web site.CAUSEThis behavior occurs if the page that you are opening has links to a Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) style sheet that is located on another Web site where you do not have Author-level permission. This causes FrontPage to prompt you for your user name and password.RESOLUTIONService Pack InformationThis problem is corrected in Office XP Service Pack 3.To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Microsoft Office XP.
