SYMPTOMSWhen you click a custom action on a form in Outlook 2002, Outlook may quit unexpectedly and you may receive the following error message: Microsoft Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. When you view the details of the error message, you receive an error signature that is similar to the following:
