This Support WebCast session will discuss Microsoft MapPoint 2002, a business mapping solution. The session will first give an overview of the MapPoint product, and then show a demonstration of how a typical business user might use MapPoint on a day-to-day basis. It will also discuss how it can increase business productivity when used in conjunction with Microsoft Office.

Her first role was training the retail channel on Microsoft desktop products. She joined the Seminar Sales Team in 2000, and for the last few years has been presenting Microsoft TouchPoint Series events to small- and mid-sized business audiences. These seminars aim to show how Microsoft products and technologies can help solve tough business challenges and increase day to day productivity.
