PRB: After the IPG Client Downloads the Schedule, the Schedule Does Not Appear in the IPG Client (822235)

SYMPTOMSThe IPG client provides an interface for the electronic program guide (EPG). Schedule information and channel data for TV content appear in this guide. Sometimes, the call letters for a channel appear in the EPG but no schedule of programs appears for that channel.CAUSEThis problem may occur if the time setting on the set-top box (STB) is not configured for the correct local time. Therefore, the digital addressable controller (DAC) or the Motorola Carousel Server (CS-1000) STB may be passing a time that is not valid.RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, follow these steps: - Disconnect the CS-1000 from the Operations, Maintenance & Provisioning (OM&P) network, turn off the STB, and then turn it on again.
- Verify that the time has been reset, and then connect the CS-1000 to the network again.
