PRB: IPG Client Guide Does Not Include Scheduling Rows (822234)

SYMPTOMS

The mini-guide and the guide appear without the scheduling rows. When this problem occurs, the channel up button and the channel down button on the remote control and on the front panel of the set-top box (STB) do not work.

CAUSE

This problem might occur if the page files (.blb files) are not synchronized with the client.

RESOLUTION

Remove or Expire all spinning content (blobs) from the MSTV carousel. For more information about how to do this, see the Motorola CS-1000 User's Manual.

After you Remove or Expire all spinning content, the administrator must push out new spinning content to the CS-1000.
