SYMPTOMSWhen you use Ole DB Provider for DB2 (DB2OLEDB) or ODBC Driver for DB2 on an IBM iSeries V5R2 system, the INSERT statement, the UPDATE statement, and the DELETE statement may not succeed, and you may receive the following error: SQLSTATE: 58004, SQLCODE: -901 CAUSEThis behavior occurs because a problem in the Distributed Relational Database Architecture (DRDA) handling of the V5R2 OS/400 operating system was causing the error to be returned from the host system. This problem was corrected in OS/400 PTF SI08923.
