FIX: AspNetHostingPermission Intersect Does Not Handle NULL Target Correctly (821346)

SYMPTOMS

Function AspNetHostingPermission.Intersect returns Copy instead of returning null. If the target is null, the function should return null.

CAUSE

There is a bug in the AspNetHostingPermission.Intersect function.
