This Support WebCast session will discuss the steps necessary to prepare a Microsoft Systems Management Server (SMS) 2.0 site for an upgrade to SMS 2003. The WebCast will also discuss various options for upgrading to SMS 2003. The session will also introduce the Deployment Readiness Wizard, a tool that will help you prepare for your upgrade experience.

This is a Level 200 session presented by Wally Mead. Wally Mead has been with Microsoft for 10 years. He started in the training organization, where he delivered LAN Manager training. Wally has been involved in the development and delivery of all SMS training courses for Microsoft since 1994. He now works as a Program Manager in the SMS product group, and provides training for both internal and external audiences.
