SYMPTOMS

When you try to use the custom keys (enhanced function keys) on your Logitech wireless keyboard, the custom keys may not work.

CAUSE

This problem may occur if you have installed Windows 2000 Service Pack 3 and you are using the USB interface with your wireless keyboard.
