Server cannot read from the specified SharePoint database. The reasons could
be:
1. ComputerName\UserName does not have read permissions on the
specified SharePoint database. 2. The database server and database name are not correctly
specified. 3. The database server is down and cannot be accessed at this
time. CAUSEThis problem may occur if either of the following conditions

Project Server, and then click Next.
- Select the Web site that you want to provision. For
example, you can select Default Website.

Team Services, but it is not listed in the menu to select a Web site, cancel
the wizard and follow these steps:
- Click Start, point to
Programs, point to Administrative Tools, and
then click Microsoft SharePoint Administration.
- In the Virtual Folders section, locate
your new SharePoint Web site. In the last column, next to
Versions, click Extend.
