OL2000: Voting Buttons Are Missing from E-mail Messages That Are Opened on a DMS E-mail System (817302)
The information in this article applies to:
SYMPTOMSWhen you receive an e-mail message that contains Voting Buttons on a Defense Messaging
System (DMS) e-mail system, the Voting Buttons are missing when you open the e-mail message.CAUSEThis problem may occur when all the following conditions
are true:
- The Use voting buttons option was selected
in the e-mail message before it was sent.
-and- - The e-mail message was converted to a commercial (P22)
message format before it was sent.
RESOLUTIONService Pack InformationThis problem is corrected in Office XP Service Pack 3.To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Microsoft Office XP.
