This Support WebCast presentation will provide an overview of the Microsoft Exchange database structure. It will also discuss various aspects of transactional log processing. It will also talk about logging and recovery, and other concepts of Exchange 2000 Server disaster recovery.

This is a Level 300 session that will be presented by Mohammad Afzal. Mohammad Afzal is a Technical Lead in the Exchange Admin Team of the Enterprise Messaging Support group at Microsoft. He has supported all versions of Exchange from Exchange 4.0 to Exchange 2000 Server. Afzal began supporting Exchange 2000 when it was a beta product. His expertise is in Exchange Server administration including Exchange Store, disaster recovery, public folder replication and performance, ADC, directory replication, migration and co-existence, Exchange performance, and clustering.
