Error Message in FrontPage After You Install Meta Tag Maker 2002 (817131)

SYMPTOMS

When you work in Office FrontPage 2003, you may receive the following error message:
Microsoft FrontPage has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

CAUSE

This issue may be caused by the Webs Unlimited "Meta Tag Maker 2002" program.

WORKAROUND

To work around this issue, try unloading the Webs Unlimited J-Bots Components add-in:
  1. Start Office FrontPage 2003.
  2. On the Tools menu, click Add-ins.
  3. In the COM Add-ins dialog box, click Webs Unlimited J-Bots Components, and then click Remove.
  4. Click OK to close the COM Add-ins dialog box.
  5. On the File menu, click Exit to quit Office FrontPage 2003.
  6. Restart Office FrontPage 2003.
