Session Summary
April 17, 2003In this Support WebCast session, you will learn about
the internal workings of custom ASP.NET server controls such as ViewState,
PostBack, Events, and Rendering. This presentation will also explain the
available namespaces in .NET Framework that add functionality such as Visual
Studio integration through design-time functionality, templating, and custom
data binding to your controls. This is a continuation of the "Microsoft ASP.NET
Server Controls" WebCast that was presented on July 11, 2002.
This is
a
Level
300 session that was presented by Richard Guthrie. Richard Guthrie
has been involved in developing many large-scale Web applications using the
Microsoft ASP platform during the past seven years, since the release of ASP
2.0. Richard is an MCSD, MCDBA, and MCSE, and he currently works as a Support
Professional on the Microsoft Solutions Integration Engineering Team.
