Description:
The system file c:\winnt\system32\wuaucpl.cpl could not be copied into the DLL cache.
The specific error code is 0xe0000102. This file is necessary to maintain system stability.

Description:
The system file c:\winnt\system32\qmgr.dll could not be copied into the DLL cache.
The specific error code is 0xe0000102. This file is necessary to maintain system stability. CAUSE This issue may occur if all the following conditions exist:
- You upgrade Windows 2000 Datacenter Server to Windows 2000
Service Pack 3 (SP3).
- You run the sfc /scannow command from a command prompt.
This issue occurs because the files that are associated with the
Windows Update Service are not present when you scan and check the protected
operating system files.
