You receive "The ZoomText display driver for Windows NT has not been installed on your system" error message in Windows Server 2003 (816688)

SYMPTOMSWhen you try to start ZoomText Extra 7.0, you receive the
following error message: The ZoomText display driver for
Windows NT has not been installed on your system. Please run the ZoomText Setup
program. If you rut the Setup program again, the
problem is not resolved. CAUSEThis issue occurs because ZoomText Extra 7.0 requires video
hardware acceleration. The default video hardware acceleration setting in
Windows Server 2003 is "Minimal".RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, change the video hardware
acceleration to a setting higher than the lowest setting. To change the video
hardware acceleration setting, follow these steps:
- Click Start, click Control
Panel, and then double-click Display.
- Click the Settings tab, click
Advanced, and then click the Troubleshoot
tab.
- Move the Hardware acceleration slider to a
higher setting.
