McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator Agent Does Not Start When You Try to Upgrade Version 2.0 (816668)

SYMPTOMS

When you try to upgrade McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator Agent version 2.0 to version 2.50.618, the ePolicy Orchestrator Agent service may not start.

CAUSE

This issue occurs because version 2.50.618 of ePolicy Orchestrator Agent is not compatible with Windows Server 2003.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, contact McAfee about how to obtain the latest update to the ePolicy Orchestrator program. To do this, visit the following McAfee Web site:
