FIX: BizTalk Server Accelerator for HIPAA Stops Responding When It Processes Large 837P Flat Files (816075)

SYMPTOMS

BizTalk Server Accelerator for HIPAA stops responding and generates the following error in the Application log in Event Viewer when it processes large (6 MB) 837P flat files:
An error occurred in BizTalk Server.

[0x1440] While trying to process document #1 during submission "{92D96629-41BE-435D-8217-81AABBA68199}", the parser component named "BizTalk.ParserHipaaX12.1" failed on the method "GetNextDocument" with the error code "0x8007000e". Possible causes are: the component found unexpected data in the incoming stream; a document specification could not be found given the data; or an internal component failure occurred. If this problem continues, remove this component from the valid list of parser components or contact your system administrator.
[0x1730] Suspended Queue ID: "{BC25AAEF-F54B-491B-9AAA-39F08E94FBF1}"
[0x8007000e] Not enough storage is available to complete this operation.

RESOLUTION

A supported fix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that is described in this article. Apply it only to computers that are experiencing this specific problem.
