"STOP 0x0000000a" Error Message During the Dynamics.exe Process in Great Plains 7.5 (816054)

SYMPTOMS

When you quit Great Plains 7.5 from Microsoft Business Solutions, this generates a Stop error on a blue screen that is similar to the following:
STOP 0x0000000a (0x0000000e, 0x000000ff, 0x00000000, 0x80416f11) in NTKRNLMP.EXE

CAUSE

This problem occurs because of a resource leak in the Dynamics.exe program in Great Plains 7.5. This resource leak generates a bug check in the operating system when the Dynamics.exe process quits. This problem occurs during the cleanup of Cursor objects.

RESOLUTION
