SYMPTOMS
When you quit Great Plains 7.5 from Microsoft Business Solutions, this generates a Stop error on a blue screen that is similar to the following:
STOP 0x0000000a (0x0000000e, 0x000000ff, 0x00000000,
0x80416f11) in NTKRNLMP.EXE
RESOLUTION

A supported fix is now available
from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that is
