BUG: Server May Not Correctly Identify the Account Currently in Use (814422)

SYMPTOMS

When you work with an Inbox that has multiple services, and you add a new account, the server may not correctly identify the account that is currently in use. This issue may occur if you clickTools, clickOptions, and then clickServices to add a new account.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a bug in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.

When an Inbox is configured with multiple services, you can add a new service on the Tools menu: click Options, and then click Services. After you add a service in this way, the service that is indicated at the bottom of the screen may not correctly identify the service currently being used by the device.
