When you try to grant the

permissions to a user for the mailbox of another user in Microsoft Exchange 2000
Server, you may receive the following error message:

to the Exchange administrator account, on each of the user mailboxes to which
you want to allow the Exchange administrator to grant
Send on
behalf permissions:
Read All Properties
Write publicDelegates
Write altRecipient
