This Support WebCast presentation will discuss the Error Reporting feature in Microsoft Windows XP, including how to configure and use it. Other options for troubleshooting user-mode faults and STOP errors will also be discussed.

This is a Level 200 session that was recorded February 21, 2003 and presented by William Keener. William Keener is currently a Technical Writer for Internet Explorer in the PSS Global Service Automation Group. He was previously a Technical Lead for both Internet Explorer 6 and Windows XP in PSS.
