280945. SYMPTOMSIf you have the required permissions for another user's
mailbox, and you try to access that mailbox in Outlook 2003, you may receive an
error message that is similar to the following: Unable to
display the folder, cannot open the mailbox for this user because the user does
not have a server mailbox. CAUSE This problem may occur when the two user accounts do not
reside on the same Microsoft Exchange Server organization. STATUS Microsoft
has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed
at the beginning of this article.
