Sandy Weil is a Program Manager for Windows Error Reporting in the Windows Division. He has been with Microsoft for 11 1/2 years. He started in Product Support Services supporting Word for Windows 2.0 on CompuServe, joined a start-up group that eventually created TechNet, trained the international subsidiaries to start their own MSN.com portals, and brought all the MSN Web sites together to share technology and use the same UI to become a cohesive online group. He is the release manager for MSN Internet Access and the PCHealth feature set.
