PRB: Storage Manager May Incorrectly Report the Names of Folders That Begin with the Characters "FO" in Japanese (813045)


The information in this article applies to:

  • Microsoft Server Appliance Kit (SAK), version 2.01
  • Storage Manager for Server Appliances

SYMPTOMS

If the folder name begins with the characters "FO" in Japanese characters, the reports that are generated by Storage Manager may incorrectly display the Japanese characters for "SA".

RESOLUTION

This issue will be corrected in future releases of Microsoft Server Appliance Kit.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
